In a land consumed by ambition and betrayal, Francisco Morazán rises from the ashes of obscurity to challenge the forces that seek to divide a nation. His dream a united Central America becomes a beacon of hope in an age ruled by chaos and blood.
Together with José Trinidad, the soldier who hates war, they will attempt to rescue the president after he is captured following the assault and destruction of Comayagua, the capital of Honduras, unleashing a battle against empires, traitors, and their own inner demons in a struggle where loyalty demands sacrifice and victory brings the taste of defeat.

Blood of Freedom: Morazán is being brought to life through a meticulous blend of 2D and 3D animation. Every scene is crafted with painterly attention to light, texture, and emotion combining hand-drawn character animation with realistic 3D environments that capture the scale and drama of 19th-century Central America.
The team at Ikum Film & Animation Studio, an independent Honduran studio, has undertaken extensive historical research to authentically recreate the clothing, architecture, weapons, and objects of the era. From the intricate details of colonial uniforms to the handcrafted textures of wood, metal, and fabric, each element is designed and modeled with respect to history and narrative symbolism.
Driven by passion and cultural pride, Ikum Studios aspires to create the first animated series ever produced in Honduras a landmark project that fuses history, technology, and artistry to tell a story the world has yet to see.
